ingredient:
- Sliced pork 500 grams
- 2 tablespoons palm sugar
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 chopped coriander roots
- 1/4 cup fresh milk
method:
- Marinate pork with palm sugar, fish sauce, garlic, coriander roots and fresh milk.
- Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Skewer the pork onto a grilling stick.
- Grill the pork over charcoal until cooked through and fragrant.
- Served with sticky rice and jaew dipping sauce.
