- 1 papaya
- 2 tomatoes
- 50 grams of yardlong beans

method:
- Pound the garlic and bird's eye chilli until crushed.
- Add yardlong beans, dried shrimp, and tomatoes, pounding gently to combine.
- Put in the grated papaya.
- Season with fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice.
- Mix well. Taste and adjust as desired.
- Spoon onto plates and serve with fresh vegetables.
