ingredient:
- 2 cups of steamed rice
- Crab meat 200 grams
- 2 eggs
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
method:
- Saute garlic in oil until fragrant.
- Add eggs and stir until cooked.
- Add steamed rice and stir to combine.
- Add the crab meat and sliced spring onions and stir.
- Season with fish sauce and oyster sauce.
- Stir to combine. Taste and adjust as desired.
- Spoon onto plates and serve with cucumber and lemon.
