- Minced pork 200 grams
- 2 tablespoons roasted rice
- 3 shallots, sliced
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
method:
- Stir-fry the minced pork in a pan until cooked. Scoop up and set aside.
- Mix minced pork with shallots, mint leaves, and roasted rice.
- Season with fish sauce, lime juice and chili powder.
- Mix well. Taste and adjust as desired.
- Spoon onto plates and serve with fresh vegetables.
